This is not a pre purchased google review, this is real experience with Raman, I have been using another relator for over 20 years, that realtor has been in business over 40 years , we were very confident that agent will be able to sell/rent single home , which is very good condition. The house was on market for some time with no movement, we lost the rent about 3500 monthly and the bank payment close to 4 per month. Then we decided to change, and we signed up the Raman. His passion speaks and in short - he got the house rented in Less than 2 weeks , Yes less than 2 weeks. So moving forward , we will only be using his services. If you are planning to Rent or sell or buy , would highly recommend to have no obligation meeting with him in person (not just on phone), rest you will feel by yourself.
