Raluca is an oasis of professionalism. She came to us recommended and lived up to the recommendation through and through. From investing time to understand our case, to following up with very clear instructions and promptly responding to all emails and calls while learning to deal with the time zone difference between Canada and Japan, she handled all contacts with utmost promptness, respect and efficiency. We were able to rent our property within a week. Definitely recommend her! She’s amazing!
