The timing for our buy and sell transaction couldn't come on a worse market trend. The apartment was sold for the best value in it's category in Richmond Hill, making it a real success for the next step of the process, finding a suitable new home for our family. Performing a thorough analysis of the houses available in the target areas within the price range carefully identified together with our agent, we have made a list of potential houses and started the viewings. Within a couple of days of searching, we identified our dream home. Quick and efficient negotiation led us to the ownership of our new, bigger and better home, in our best suited area and within the envisioned price.
