Ralph and Peter did a fantastic job helping us buy a new house and sell our old house. They offered high quality service and were willing to meet with us at times that were convenient for us. They promptly responded to our questions and concerns and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with their dedication to selling our property. They arranged for a stager and professional photographer to come to our house before putting up the listing. Their knowledge of the market resulted in our getting multiple offers on the first day our house was listed and we sold the house before the planned open house. When it came time to move, they were there at every step to assist. We would highly recommend the Helping You Move Team to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Ralph and the Helping You Move Team are amazing. I first signed on with Ralph when I bought my condo, then again when my husband and I bought our first home and now again as we move to bigger space as our family expands. Each and every move Ralph has been amazing. He takes the time to ensure you fully understand the moving process and all the parts it entails. He listens to what you are looking for and works with you quickly to ensure you see the homes that meet your needs. His experience in building also allows him to provide you with details when looking at a home that you may not otherwise notice (placement of floor beams, cracks in foundations, use and functionality of space etc.) to ensure you purchase the home that is right for you. Ralphs team also works with you to stage your home, and if you're willing to listen to the feedback they will create a space that allows buyers to see themselves in your home. Our condo was sold the first day on the market and our current house was sold five days on the market (where 30 days was normal in our area). Both homes sold for over asking! If you are looking to sell your home there is no doubt that this is the team you are looking for!
