I'm buying from out of province (Ontario) looking to settle down in an up and coming area. Rahul made this transition smooth, flawless and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the area, market value and trends. As such, I was able to secure my new dream home for under asking. He assisted with the closing date details - picking up the house keys and making arrangements to welcome me to Alberta. Just like the movie Jerry Macguire, he went the extra mile to ensure l was settled comfortably. He personally picked me up from the Via Rail station in Edmonton at 1:40 AM, brought me food, drove me to my new home, gave me a tour of the premises, highlighted points of interest, and followed up later that day to offer further assistance. Talk about personal service, it just doesn't get any better than that!!! Would I recommend Rahul to family and friends?...in a heartbeat.
