Me and my wife are first time home buyers new to Vancouver. Home buying process was very intimidating but Rahim made it all easy for us. Based on our preferences he would send us recommendations and after we shortlist, he used to come along to show us and inspect the property. He would ask all the right questions to selling agent to learn things. After we decided to buy a particular home he also helped us through negotiation all the way to possession. He has held our hand through the entire process and feel truly happy to have found him.

Rahim is very enthusiastic and passionate about finding value for his clients. Rahim was professional at all times and communicated effectively and timely. He ended up securing a good deal for our first home!
