Beyond all of the typical expectations of a realtor that she exceeded -- professionalism, timely contact, knowledge of process and market -- my biggest takeaway working with Raelee was the joy of the entire process. Purchasing my first property was a special moment for me in my life, and Raelee was there every step of the process. She immediately proved herself detail-oriented, extremely knowledgable, and honest when she felt something was not a good fit for me (or, importantly, a bad investment). As someone with fairly particular requirements for what I had in mind, Raelee was extremely detail-oriented when she presented me with properties to consider, making sure nothing went unnoticed. Any worry over the nitty gritty of purchasing a property was super easy with Raelee's guidance, including negotiations, inspections, and help through the process of purchase.
