Rachel was truly a great realtor when I needed someone to help me purchase my first property in B.C. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. When we visited properties she advocated for me and asked questions I may not have thought of on my own. She was advise on realistic numbers based on the data available and the first offer we submitted was accepted. I am in the process of purchasing my second property and will be using her again.
