Rachelle walked us through the process step by step, and explained everything from timeframes, open house expectations, to publicity and closing. She kept us updated throughout the process as well. We had originally thought we might sell on our own and were very glad we did not as her knowledge and experience were extremely valuable in the process. In addition, the house closed within a week and we achieved a deal that was significantly over asking price which we likely would not have done if we had sold on our own. Overall we had a great experience and appreciate all Rachelle did on our behalf.

We had an amazing experience working with Rachelle on the sale of our property. She was strategic with pricing and positioning, always available to answer questions or provide direction, and she was very personable and patient with some of the crazy things we threw at her. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy and looks out for your best interest I would highly recommend you give Rachelle a call! We couldn't have done this journey without her and if we were to do it all over again I can't imagine doing without her there to guide us!

Rachelle was amazing and so easy to talk to about our concerns or issues. She actually showed us a house on a whim that hadn't been on our radar and it ended up being the house we picked! She was honest when we viewed a home about what needed doing to the house and she didn't beat around the bush.
