Preet Chawla is very patient and knowledgeable. He gave me and my partner his honest opinions while helping us buy our first property here in Calgary. As we are quite new to the real estate world we had little understanding, and it is easy to mislead people in such a case, but Preet has proven to be very competent and transparent while conducting business. I would recommend his services as a realtor, especially if you're buying your first property. Would love to continue our business with Preet for all of my upcoming endeavors.

We had the pleasure of working with Preet on the sale of one of our properties. From the start we had mentioned the unit was a rental, and the tenants were upset about the sale and were being a bit difficult. This is where Preet jumped in and carefully explained the process to the tenants and treated them as friends, instead of as tenants and he treated us as friends and not clients. The level of detail he provides in his listings, his pictures, his documents and everything are top notch. The level of professionalism from start to finish was fantastic. We would 100% recommend Preet to anyone, and we will gladly use him again for another investment purchase in the near future. Our tenants did mention they were very impressed with his professionalism towards them as well and they really appreciated it.
