PJ takes time to analyze his clients tastes in terms of house layouts, personal needs such as yard space and garage space. Whether you're willing to do minor renovations or turn key homes. He'll do his homework in regards to looking for specific areas (average price of homes), schools, stores etc. PJ will treat the job as if he's buying a home for himself and everyone wants what's best for them.
