I’ve bought and sold 6 homes over my lifetime. For my recent sale, it was recommended I use Pina. I have to say, it has been my best experience to date. The market was a challenge and the house I had required some TLC. Pina was great at organizing and planning how to sell in the tougher market and a property that wasn't picture perfect. I think the key takeaway was what the purchasing agent told me after the final inspection. He said to me, "Pina is the most thorough and detailed agent he has had the pleasure of dealing with…. You won't find an agent more knowledgeable and skilled at finding all the regulations, bylaws or appropriate vendors to assist in buying or selling a property." If you are looking for a great realtor in these volatile times, Pina is my recommendation.

She continually kept us posted on developments in the building regarding other units for rent and the price points and we made adjustments accordingly.
