He always communicates in a timely, but most importantly, honest manner, which greatly helped us understand the current market and navigate our process with clarity and reasonable expectations. Considering the fact that we were looking for something quite specific - the process of looking for our new home was lengthier than a typical transaction (which we expected from the get go). But Phil never wavered in engagement, determination, and optimism. Even though we were registered to view homes on the market through his portal - he always kept his eye out and notified us personally when a property hit the market that might be of interest to us. He understands the current market trends, and coached us through buying strategies that essentially got us EXACTLY what we were looking for! We are very grateful we had this opportunity to work with him, and won't hesitate to do so for future transactions.
