I reached out to Phil when my husband and I were moving from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Phil had listed a house previously that I had see on MLS and I asked if he would show us that house. Phil showed us that house and several others we were interested in. Phil always was professional and very knowledgeable about the different communities and houses in Nova Scotia. Phil negotiated successfully for the house we now call home, and several years later when we were looking for an investment house, we worked again with Phil and were successful in purchasing another house.
