Moved out of province and required a lot of additional support from Phil over and above the call of duty for a typical agent. Phil, was always available for us and pitched in without being asked to. He made a very difficult process very smooth and efficient. He always had a great contact for any stage in the sale cycle including, cleaning, lawn maintenance, and out of province agent referrals. This has been the second time that we have used Phil's superb experience and community knowledge. If I'm ever thinking of moving back to Moncton, he'll be the first person I call.
