Peter was very kind and patient with our decisions, he offered advice and was always available for our spontaneous questions. Peter was fun and excited to get us the house we wanted which felt great. We always felt supported. I would recommended Peter Miller to any first home buyer who is looking for a home in the cowichan valley. Peter was wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgable about the Cowichan Valley communities we were looking in. We particularly appreciated when he helped us turn away from properties that did not meet our needs. When we found the house of our dreams we were quickly in a bidding war which is naturally stressful, however Peter guided us calmly and professionally to secure the home for a good price!
