This is the second time we’ve worked with Peter Miller — first as buyers and now as sellers — and once again, he exceeded our expectations. He guided us through an estate sale with care and professionalism, including helping us navigate probate considerations, and was always available for our numerous calls and questions. His recommendations for preparing and tidying the property were spot-on and made a real difference. The marketing was excellent, and the home sold in just two days with an accepted offer at asking price — even during the Christmas season. His communication, knowledge, and calm guidance made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter and would absolutely work with him again.

Peter rocks. He (and Lovina) shuttled us all over the island from Mill Bay to Qualicum in 2016 when we moved from the mainland. Nine years later he was on the trail again to help us relocate in the Duncan area. We were time-challenged so he led us in a shuttling frenzy and found the perfect spot. Kudos to Peter.

When meeting Peter Miller and going over the property details, photos inside the house, drone video outside, appraisal of the land, location, condition of building etc. you know that he was the right person for the job.
