He has extensive community knowledge all over the city and shares that in an extremely unbiased way. During heavy bidding wars of 20+ offers he was willing to work extremely late to make sure our offers got in and provided excellent negotiation advice. I cannot recommend Peter highly enough and would definitely sell/buy through him again.
