At the end of 2019 I decided to sell a property and chose Peter Kusch as my agent. I selected Peter strictly on the basis of the photos and accompanying captions on his listings and, of course, on the positive reviews of his previous clients. I have certainly had no reason to regret my choice. My home sold in a few short weeks during a relatively difficult period in the Calgary real estate market. I attribute the quick turnaround to Peter’s excellent grasp of property valuations. Thanks to his thorough analysis, my house was fairly priced to reflect current market values. I found Peter to be very responsive to all of my queries, and pleasant and professional throughout our dealings. I would certainly recommend him highly.
