Rob was extremely knowledgeable and prepared when it came to our rental process. He continuously worked around the clock finding places that fit our wants. Once we found a place that we liked, he had all the documents and information on the place printed and ready for us to examine. He is very knowledgeable about the rental process, and has been able to answer any questions we have. Responds in a timely manner and is always realistic and honest with us, so we never had to worry about getting wrong information. Our move was so seamless and Rob was a major component of it.
