My wife Jen & I met Peter in December of 2024, & within 6 months he helped us, sell our condo & ALSO helped us find our dream home. But the reason he's getting this 5 star review is because of everything he did in between. Peter had patience, resilience & more than anything, he was empathetic. The condo market in Jan-March of 2025 was absolutely atrocious, and he found us an amazing buyer after staging our condo and working through over 50 or so showings. How did we get those many showings? Well. It's because his team did an amazing job with posting our spot with a video & professional photography, that made our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo feel like a luxurious purchase that it was! After the sale of our condo, Peter didn't rush us into the purchase of our home. In fact he helped us shortlist & view over 80 homes in the GTA region. This is where Peter proved he was built different, he would drive down and even though Jen & I loved a home, he was honest in pointing out less desirable features, or things that we had may not considered. This just proved we weren't just clients for a quick buck, we were friends & he cared about our well-being after the sale. It has now been a few weeks since we've been in our new house & our lives are genuinely better than they were before & it's because of this man. His response time (even when he was on vacation) was remarkably quick. He had a recommendation for movers, storing our belongings, a home inspector, and handled himself with grace in every negotiation he helped us with, and most importantly he got us an amazing deal on our forever home. If you are looking for a realtor Kady is the man, as long as he is working in this industry, he's always gonna be our guy! Thank you so much Kady, for everything you have done for us, genuinely the best realtor in the province (as we have worked with over 3 realtors before).
