Pete and I started chatting about houses in June when my wife and I started looking at houses! Even though we weren’t seriously looking for houses at the time he always kept in touch asking about our needs in a house and always sent ones we would possibly like. Fast forward to about two months ago we got serious and started viewing houses with him. Our first impression meeting him he was very inviting and warming and very easy to get along with. He knew what we wanted and never pressured us to buy just to close the deal, when something didn’t feel right with the house it was off to the next one no questions asked! When we found our house and made an offer our preapproval fell through. With Pete’s connections he sent us to another broker he deals with and we got back on track. He is very knowledgeable, and knows what he is talking about when buying and selling houses! This past fall Pete made my kids day while we were up town and sent a video of him and his team delivering pumpkins to our house in a Grinch costume. The video and pictures we got from him at our house had us all laughing! I will use Pete for all my future buying and selling needs!!!
