First of all, I want to thanks Pei give us the fully support about buying our new home, we are really appreciating his supports, I cannot sit in my new home to write this comment without his assisting. My wife and I made the decision to buy the new house at Feb this year, and when we come out the idea, our friend introduced him to us as our advisor. I have to say as the first-time home buyer, my wife and I really short of knowledge about housing buying process, and most importantly, the knowledge of housing market trends and searching. The first impression about Pei is amazing, he wants to be friend of mine and trying to give us more introduction about the market knowledge, I have to said, the knowledge and information that he gives to us really help us to make decision. After couple of times connecting, Pei Knew about our requirements and budget, he can always give us more options and resources that we cannot find by ourselves. For example, before we get touch on him, our target is the new town house in Allard, however, Pei gave us more information about the expense on town house and future expectation, we realize duplex is the best alternative for us. In terms of his service, I believe Pei is the most experienced and professional agent in Edmonton Area. As we know before, if we want to take a look with the house, we have to make appointment with house owner though Pei at least 48 hours in advance. But due to my personal reason, most of time we have to make appointment with Pei less than 24 hours, and we really worry about the time couldn’t fit us, but Pei can always make the time available. My wife and I really appreciating his dedicate and hard working, we will definitely recommend him to our friends.
