Pei is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. He is a very professional, experienced, efficiency and helpful realtor. Before start to sell my condo, he set a time and went through details (explain the market - especially during the Covid, provide recommendation on staging, pricing, etc.) with me. During my condo is on market, he kept in touch with me, provide potential buyer's feedback in time and also provided further recommendation.
