The entire PHT was amazing with my entire experience. As a first time home buyer I had several questions, the team was always there for help. Voula was great with resources and support, Kristina was amazing at setting up viewings and always keeping in touch with questions, and also with organizing paperwork required to fit the Simcoe County Program. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable with the Simcoe County First Time Homebuyer program and the restrictions that it entailed. Move in day was so smooth, every nerve I had was at ease by closing day!

Our Realtor, Jordan Mollison, had a top-tier strategy for listing our current home, and was invaluable in supporting us as we began the search for our new home. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of the Barrie community - he toured multiple homes and neighborhoods with us, bringing a keen attention to detail and a robust knowledge of the history of each community and the changes that could be on the way. (Even as someone who has resided in Barrie for 20+ years, Jordan taught me so much about each of the areas of town we considered in our search.) He patiently guided us through many house showings, and paid attention to what we liked and what we didn't, ultimately assisting us in purchasing a home that checked every item on our list!

Jordan Mollison was by far the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. Professional, great communicator, knowledgeable, unbelievable work ethic and honest!!! He sold our place in a very short time, for a price we never thought was possible!! Believe me when I say….he is working for his client!!!!!
