Pedro was outstanding! He helped us navigate buying our first home, and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Pedro always kept us up to date on the process, was knowledgeable on the various communities we looked at, and was able to successfully negotiate on our behalf. We have bought and sold several houses in the last 10 years both in Canada and the US. Pedro is the best agent we have had: he is professional, always available, knows the Calgary market, has a great network among the real estate community, is patient and a good negotiator. We bought our first house in what can only be described as an absurd market: Covid had limited supply, and interest rates were low so there were bidding wars on houses. We avoided overpaying or "settling" for something we didn't actually want. We ended up getting a house that checked all the boxes in our ideal neighborhood for 75k under asking.

Pedro did an outstanding job in helping us navigate our way through the Calgary market at an especially difficult time due to the lack of supply and huge demand. On top of that this search was complicated further by the fact that we were in the U.S during Covid so could not view in person and also had fairly narrow search area due to the school bus we needed to be close to. With all of these factors, Pedro used his extensive knowledge the market and network of relationships to ultimately find us a house that not only met all of our needs but also at a price that didn't feel terrible given how hot the market was at the time. Excellent job.
