Pedro was outstanding! He helped us navigate buying our first home, and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Pedro always kept us up to date on the process, was knowledgeable on the various communities we looked at, and was able to successfully negotiate on our behalf. We would recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell their home!

Pedro, sold our house. Which during the pandemic bubble is not saying a lot. During the selling process he was fine to work with. He answered us quickly. However, after our house sold he gave us terrible advice. He told me to reach out personally to the buyer and talk about different things. No, Pedro, that is your job and the lawyers' job. Next when looking to buy a house, he seemed very frustrated with us. He did not want to go see the houses. He also would always set up the houses in strange orders to make it more convenient for him. Pedro is the only realtor (or builder) that I have ever worked with that didn't give us anything after we sold our house. We made him, personally, over $20,000 in commissions and not even a gift card. The only good thing about working with Pedro is that after we left him, we found our forever realtor, James Schaeffler. Never again would I use Pedro.

We have bought and sold several houses in the last 10 years both in Canada and the US. Pedro is the best agent we have had: he is professional, always available, knows the Calgary market, has a great network among the real estate community, is patient and a good negotiator. Due to the pandemic, we had to buy our house over zoom, and relied heavily on Pedro’s opinion. I would and will recommend Pedro to anyone looking to buy a property in the Calgary area.

We bought our first house in what can only be described as an absurd market: Covid had limited supply, and interest rates were low so there were bidding wars on houses. We avoided overpaying or "settling" for something we didn't actually want. We ended up getting a house that checked all the boxes in our ideal neighborhood for 75k under asking.

Pedro is AMAZING! He stepped up to the plate halfway through our house hunt process and knocked it out of the park! Super professional and prompt! 10/10 would recommend Pedro to anyone!
