Peddie was extremely helpful for answering our basic questions throughout the process as we were new to looking for a unit in a condo. He was incredibly fast and responsive during our interaction over email, and secured the units we wanted to look at for the next day at our available time. The process was simple and he handled everything professionally and was easy to talk to when we were out viewing places. The steps were clear and laid out easily for us to understand, and we couldn't really ask for more during the process.

Took the lead on the process and guided me through it start to finish - didn't have to worry about anything. Quick turnaround time on all correspondence, including with other agents when booking viewings. Would definitely work with Peddie again
