After encountering numerous dubious real estate agents, we were recommended Paul. At first we were hesitant, however we found Paul to be personable, optimistic, and most importantly he listened to our concerns and comments. For various reasons we just couldn't find our perfect home for almost two years but Paul was with us every step of the way and remained positive the entire time. He checked in on us frequently and gave us a heads up on listings he thought we might be interested in (even if it was for viewing purposes only). We have finally found our home and couldn't have been happier about our first real estate search experience. We will certainly be looking Paul up again if/when we decide to upgrade to our next home.

I needed to buy a home, had no idea what I was doing and, somehow, had the good fortune of coming across Paul’s name while conducting a very random Google search. Paul is the actual best. Like, other people probably say that about their realtors and I’m sure they think that it’s true, but they’re wrong. In actuality, Paul is the #1 agent, 10/10, best in the biz, and I would happily and confidently recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Okanagan. As someone who’s never bought a home before, Paul walked me through the steps and made sure I understood each and every detail. He went above and beyond (excuse the cliché) to make sure I found my perfect home - keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I am so excited about the property Paul helped me purchase and I know I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him on my team! He is the best, and you should work with him, and that’s that.

We worked with Paul over the past 18 months looking at various options that would fit our family's needs. Paul has always been there for us every step of the way, putting our needs and schedule first, ahead of his own, and many times missing out on his own family time so that tight deadlines were met. He also provided excellent recommendations for the services of a broker, lawyer, insurance agent, and accountant, which made the process much easier. Paul is very professional, hardworking, reliable, organized, thorough, and extremely kind. He goes above and beyond for his clients.
