Paul was an incredible agent for us. He was wonderful in helping us understand different neighbourhoods and communities, as we looked to move our young family. He was patient, and encouraged us to take our time to make sure we found the right fit. When we did find our dream house, he was a stickler for the details . He made sure everything was covered in a way that was satisfactory for us. His passion and commitment made it feel like he was buying a home for himself! Most of all, he was sensitive to our emotional journey with buying a new home. He listened and he cared, taking every part of the search process and negotiation with the utmost diligence. We are thankful to have had Paul on our side!

Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with! As first-time home buyers outside his usual neighborhoods of expertise, he was still a wealth of knowledge and took the time to learn the areas we were interested in - we grew up here and he still had things to teach us about the area. He used every opportunity to explain processes, terms, and other intricacies of real estate when we weren't clear due to our lack of experience. His communication was not only clear and well-delivered but extremely fast. Moving forward I would suggest Paul's services and use them myself without any hesitation. We felt like we were taking a master class in real estate with an amazing teacher and learned so much via his insights.
