Paul went above and beyond to help me secure a place that fit all my needs and stayed in my budget. He was always willing to do the extra work, such as attending an open house that I couldn’t make, writing a well timed backup offer, reaching out to the strata president for me, etc. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who knows the market, has lots of connections and recommendations, and will advocate for you and your needs.

Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with! As first-time home buyers outside his usual neighborhoods of expertise, he was still a wealth of knowledge and took the time to learn the areas we were interested in - we grew up here and he still had things to teach us about the area. He used every opportunity to explain processes, terms, and other intricacies of real estate when we weren't clear due to our lack of experience. His communication was not only clear and well-delivered but extremely fast. Moving forward I would suggest Paul's services and use them myself without any hesitation. We felt like we were taking a master class in real estate with an amazing teacher and learned so much via his insights.

Paul is a professional and knowledgeable realtor. He supported us through the processes of selling our condo and purchasing a house. The purchasing road was a rocky one at times and we greatly appreciated Paul’s advice, negotiation skills and sense of humour! We also thank him for the “extras”, staging our condo, having the fireplace fixed and rekeying our new home. We highly recommend, Paul.

It’s challenging to express the joy of the experience we got from working with Paul. Needless to say this gentleman is worth every penny. My family had worked with another Oakwyn team on three deals (2 purchases and 1 sale) which were unfortunately poorly handled. For context it was one of those top 5% teams that boast how great they are but treat you like a number. So when Paul “from Oakwyn” was recommend (highly) to us we were apprehensive. But Paul has a different philosophy, he focussed on a small number of clients and treats you with his time, attention, knowledge, and due diligence. Right from our first interview Paul understood that we needed an advisor that was not just going to find us a house but further develop our property investing skill set. Working with him was breeze: always available on the phone, prompted in his email responses, never under delivered on his promised, and often surprised us. He help us build an investment team that we will use for future deals (mortgage broker, lawyer, property manager, inspector, cleaner, etc). It was easy to see that we were working with a true industry professional who didn’t come in with an ego, was kind to everyone we met, honest in our conversations, and kept us calm during stressful situations. There is much more praise I can bestow but I will wrap this up by saying that I don’t consider Paul a realtor bc that word has been tainted by the low quality/over priced “professionals” in the industry. Paul is a modern Real Estate Partner who will be an integral part of your investment career.
