Pat Ramsey was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, professional and personable. We could not have asked for a better agent. With only 30 days to vacate our sold home, Pat, as our purchasing agent, ensured we could promptly view the many properties on our list, and was very proactive in answering questions we had not even thought of. He went above and beyond our expectations with negotiations, and even went the extra mile and changed our tire that went flat while we were at his office! Highest recommendations!
