We enlisted Patrick as our realtor to assist with finding a new home on short notice (less than two months). Patrick was very accommodating to our timeline and busy schedules, consolidating multiple viewings on the same day, often on as little as 24 hours notice. His expertise kept the process as stress free as possible despite our ambitious timeline, and his efficiency in communicating with both us and listing agents allowed us to close the transaction before our deadline. Patrick also has an extensive network of industry professionals, several in each field - allowing us to enlist the aid of a mortgage broker, building inspector, and notary, all of whom were able to communicate seamlessly through the entire process. Not only would I enlist Patrick's services again, but I would recommend him to anyone I know without hesitation, and can confidently say no other realtor could have provided the level of service, competency, and professionalism to the extent Patrick did. My boyfriend and I were first-time buyers being forced to move out of our rented apartment within 2 months and Patrick came to our rescue! We already knew Patrick as a friend but his level of professionalism was both necessary, efficient, and motivating. He set up our search swiftly, got to know our needs and budget, let us choose what places we wanted to see and, knew to tell us things we weren't thinking about (i.e., different location options, neighbourhood pros and cons, development info we weren't aware of, etc.). But that's not all! Patrick set up a group chat for us and we were able to ask him questions anytime and provided us recommendations for our mortgage broker, notary, and home inspector (which we gladly used - they were all great). He also helped us navigate an extremely fast closing (8 days) while he was amidst his own family move (wow). PLUS, when we took possession, he was there to welcome us and show us around the building AND he helped clean the unit (as it was left with some leftover items and dog hair on the floor). He's even checked in on us post-move about strata set-up and just to say hello. What a star! I could not have asked for more. My boyfriend and I spoke highly of him throughout the entire process. We could not have done this without you Patrick. It was a whirlwind and you made it happen for us. Thank you so very, very much for your help. 10/10, would recommend.
