(Approximately $40,000+) You can understand my hesitation to list so much higher then the value I perceived. However, I agreed to start at the price suggested by Pat, with the caveat that we could lower quickly if there was no interest. But that wasn't necessary! My house sold within 1 week for exactly the price Pat had told me!!!</p> <p>Do not even think twice about using Pat as your agent, he is honest, hard-working, knows the Calgary real estate market, and really has your best interests in mind.</p>
