What can we say about Patrick? Wow where do we start? Right from the beginning Patrick made us feel at ease with his warm caring personality, he answered every question we threw at him with so much patience as he knew this would be our first most important purchase. Starting with the offer process, Patrick put us at ease with how easy it was to fill out the papers, he made sure we had conditions, the house inspection and even before our offer was accepted, he went with my husband to the house again during the open house (as he wasn’t able to the first time due to a previous appointment) and pointed out things my husband and I didn’t even notice when we went through the first time, showed us things to look out for and was a good sounding board for our thoughts and ideas. He even pointed out that the shingles on the house and garage were an older type and made sure that was one of the conditions on the sale of the house, to get a new roof on both. Overall, Patrick was super amazing and guided us through the whole home buying process with professionalism, integrity and warmth and with over twenty-five years of experience under his belt he sure knows his stuff and if he doesn’t know it he will find the answer for you.
