Patrick did a great job under bad circumstances. Covid19 had just hit and things were in turmoil for everyone. He made my sale happen, and it was painless for me.

Working with Patrick was really wonderful. He makes everything about the process so smooth and effortless. He takes care of all the details...even the minor ones you would have never even thought of but could potentially turn out to be big set backs. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying and selling adventure and always made me feel very reassured and comfortable in what is a fun but can also be a sometimes stressful time. He is extremely responsive to calls, texts and requests for support in the process if unsure about anything. He was great at always taking the time to respond and make all the uncertainties make sense, especially in this crazy current house market. I would absolutely not hesitate to work with Patrick in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Patrick! At first we were just looking and not very serious to buy. Patrick was still always available to shows us the homes we found interesting and wanted to look at. Lo and behold, we found a gem! The entire process with Patrick was seamless and now a great memory.
