He is very strategic, from pricing to marketing, and it helped my home sell within the timeframe I wanted and at a price I was delighted with. We have worked with Patrick on three transactions – one for a sale and two for new purchases. In all cases, Patrick has represented us exceptionally well, and the entire process has been a pleasant experience. In our most recent purchase, Patrick and I set a goal to find a property that is either directly on the water or has a water view, within 1.5 hours' drive of Toronto. Additionally, we wanted the property to fit within our budget and to support remote work. This was quite a challenge, but Patrick was more than up to it. To achieve this, we traveled all around the GTA—from Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lake Erie to Wasaga Beach. In a few months, visited nearly a hundred homes along the way, made 5 offers to multiple properties. Finally, we found the perfect place: close to Toronto, near shopping centers, right on the water, and with private beach. Importantly, it was just within our budget. Throughout the entire process, Patrick showed immense knowledge, patience, and dedication. He took the time to understand our goals and worked tirelessly to ensure we had a smooth and successful experience. While no home is ever perfect, Patrick always went above and beyond to make the journey as smooth as possible. We’re truly grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional who truly cares about their clients' needs.
