Patrick was committed to us and our goal from the beginning. He always looked out for our best interests while being honest in his guidance, even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear. He listened to what our needs were, answering our questions promptly and throughly. He has solid knowledge on the local market, real estate trends and the law surrounding buying and selling property in BC. On the rare occasion, he wasn't 100% sure, he would find the answers and follow up with us quickly. In the past we've walked away from more seasoned agents due to their lack of professionalism and flippant attitude to our questions and concerns. Buying and selling property can be stressful, especially in this market, however with Patrick, we were in great and capable hands. While we've purchased properties, this was our first experience in selling a property and it was also sentimental as this property was our first family home. Patrick not only took care of our professional real estate requirements, but he also graciously took care of any requests that were more emotionally driven.
