As people who were very new to the market Paolo was a fantastic resource. He helped with analysis on the sale of our condo and where we should price it. Determining what would be a good fit for our next place, and things we should watch out for. As well as guiding us through some of the less fun components of the process like due diligence and contracts. Overall he made the process very simple, got us a great deal on our sale and helped us find a fantastic new home at a price we're very happy with. Cannot recommend him enough!

Today I woke up to the singing birds. I opened the door to the balcony to look at the beautiful mountains and the lake with fog rising from the water. All of that with God's blessing and a little help from Paolo Cartocci. In the seller's market, it's hard to find a property without paying over the asking price. After 7 unsuccessful attempts, and much frustration, we turned to Paolo for help.
