There are many great agents out there to choose from, and I have worked with several; but there is just something special about Paola. From her warmth and endearing nature, to her expertise working through several complex purchases and sales with me, I genuinely feel that while working with Paola I have the best agent in the deal. Paola always finds a way to make the process easy and accommodates my busy schedule. She always makes me feel confident about the choices we are making and isn't afraid to share her opinion. She has earned my respect with her insight and expertise and at this point I wouldn't want to go through a real estate transaction without her. I feel absolutely confident in Paola and couldn't recommend her more; whether to a first time buyer or someone more seasoned. Like I said before, there are many great agents to choose from; but from my experiences with her I can safely say that Paola Cano has separated herself from the pack with a perfect combination of experience, tenacity, and dedication to her clients. I'm happy I don't have to look for an agent again; and I assure you, if you use Paola once you won't have to look for an agent again either.

As first time home buyers, Paola exceeded our expectations and always went above and beyond! We really felt like Paola took us under her wing and guided and directed us into the perfect first home. She was honest when things didn't look right (that we didn't notice/weren't aware of), made great recommendations, was there throughout all phases (including our home inspection) to make sure we were asking the right questions, and even followed up to make sure we were on track with our banking/lawyers/property taxes ect. She made great rapport with others helping us out (inc our family and contractors) and was extremely genuine. We never felt rushed (if anything the opposite). She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about her work and puts her clients first! I would highly recommend Paola through such an exciting (and stressful) experience!

We have know Paola since 2013 and have always had a great experience working with her. She is a thorough professional and exceeds our expectations always. A dedicated realtor who puts in her heart and soul into every deal for her clients.
