Although many houses were up for sale on our street, only ours got sold with Pan's hectic efforts. Thanks and congratulations to Pan and his company. Pan has consistently proven to be a reliable and professional realtor. I have now worked with him on two occasions: first when purchasing my initial condo, and most recently, when I needed assistance in finding a tenant for that property. For the leasing process, Pan handled all the essential details efficiently and managed to secure a qualified tenant in a timely manner. This was my 4th real estate transaction with Pan Bajaj. In a highly unpredictable and volatile market, Pan helped me sell my house in Barrie with a very smooth closing process. We were listed in the market for more than 4 months but Pan always kept me updated with the ongoing market trend and always gave me the right advice. His experience, honesty and patience were key factors that made me comfortable through the process of home selling Pan is just like my younger brother and I would highly recommend him to my friends, family and everyone who is looking for a genuine realtor.

Our first interaction with Pan was around Thanksgiving last year when he had organized a food drive in our neighborhood. We found him very warm and gentle and had no trademark signs of being a realtor (such as driving around in a premium car etc.). He always felt like one of us! When we decided to start exploring the properties popping up in sheldon creek and orchard neighborhoods, we reached out to Pan for a casual conversation. He was again very warm and no different than the Pan that we had met six or so months ago during the food drive. He sat down with us firstly to understand our basic requirement that we were looking into a house. He then set us on the mailing list and then personally approached us to share the feedback on each one of them so that we pick the appropriate one for viewing. We must have seen 20+ properties with him before we started putting any offers. He had diligently prepared a spreadsheet detailing our criteria vs. what the house had to offer, listed price and targeted price should we decide to put in an offer. Throughout the process, we found Pan very diligent, patient, always prepared, communicative and utmost professional! He will not even accept a glass of water from his clientele and would carry his own refreshment with him in his car while moving from house to house for viewings. He was always on time! If he was running late then always used to text or call suggesting alternatives. He was available to meet in person or for a phone call on a very short notice as well. Not only that Pan helped us in selecting our dream home and then tactfully negotiated with his counterpart, he introduced us to a plethora of his contacts within realty industry as the need kept growing as we advanced through the process - mortgage brokers, house inspectors, cleaners, and last but not the least - attorneys for closing. Anyone that he recommended were equally professional like him too. At no point did we feel pressured to put in an offer or select someone that he recommended as he was always looking for our best interest. When the market started heating a bit with anticipation of interest rate cuts towards the end of summer, he stayed calm and suggested that there is no need to rush. If there is a house meant for us then it will all come together eventually. And that's what happened in our case! We got our dream house within our budget and in the neighborhood that we always wanted! Pan's humility and straightforwardness sets him apart from any of his peers. I'd highly recommend him and would work with him all over again given the opportunity. Wishing him and his expanded team nothing but my very best for their endeavor ahead!
