This is our first house purchase in Canada after having rented in Montreal for almost 4 years. We did not have any experience of the Ontario / Toronto market. Post which Pankaj spent a lot of time understanding all our housing needs., we found him to be very patient and he worked with us as long as we needed, in order to secure a house in the area of our interest.
