As a first-time homeowner, I have the highest recommendation for Team Paliwal! From the start of my search to the final signing of my home, I had the full support from Pankaj. He is highly knowledgeable in all aspects and fought “tooth and nail” to get the best deal for me (even when it seemed unfeasible). He was also always available at a moment’s notice to meet with me which is important knowing how fast the Toronto-GTA market moves. Typically, a lot of “first-timer buyers” have regrets because they feel they rushed into a property. This was not the case as Pankaj made sure my “wants and needs” were a top priority, no matter how challenging the real estate market seemed. Throughout the process, I could always rely on his great advice & unparalleled experience as the buying process was uncharted territory for me. The Paliwal team is also a “one-stop shop” as they have a curated list of home inspectors, lawyers, contractors, etc. which were cost-effective and great in their own rights (which made it easy for me).
