In a multiple offer environment, her team managed showings of my property with my best interests in mind. Their calming manner worked wonders for me.

Pamela is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the community she represents. She has excellent skills in reading the market and giving advice accordingly. Pamela is respectful, clear and allows her clients to process without putting on pressures.

Pamela and Heather worked hard at getting the best price for our apartment. They had 4 open houses for the public and one for other Real estate agents. In some cases we would have a showing with very little notice and Pamela would offer to go to the apartment and tidy it up for us.Pamela and Heather are highly proffesional and trustworthy.

Pamela gave us the necessary information regarding homes that had been sold recently in our area and then waited for our call to say we were ready to put our home on the market. Pamela and Heather were always prompt in returning our calls and answering our questions. They also were available to take time to view homes we were interested in checking out. I found their to do list very helpful regarding disconnecting services from our home we were selling to connecting services to the home we were purchasing. Everyone who has sold and moved will say it can be a busy and at times overwhelming time but with the help that Pamela gave us we felt supported and guided through this important change in our lives and we are thankful we chose her to be our real estate agent.</p>
