Paige is super patient and knowledgeable! She helped us through all the challenges and hurdles of buying our first home and kept the whole process as light and fun as it can be. She also handles difficult boyfriends/husbands very well… 😅 We will definitely be headed her way for any selling/buying needs in the future - you should too.

I would recommend Paige to everyone. Her market evaluation was very well researched. I was able to sell the house reasonable close to the listing price and was sold quickly. She was amazing at calming my overthinking and worrying. She knows her stuff and was very helpful through the whole sale process.

Knowledgeable: 5 stars (very familiar with the market and local area) Responsive: 5 stars (immediate responds to calls, emails and questions in late evening and weekend) Prospective: 5 stars (Relationships before sales; provide value added recommendation to buyer such as home inspection) Proactivity: 5 stars (follow-up and validate repair listed items completed prior to hand over) Collaborative: 5 stars (work with builder to obtain necessary site ID’s for utilities and information for insurance) One-stop shop: 5 stars (listen to what Client need and recommend appropriate closing parties such as local lawyer to closing the deal, insurance for the purchased home, etc.)

My husband and I knew we needed to upsize our home, but we were skeptical we would find a home we liked as much as our little place... Paige not only found us the perfect place in our price range, she was also quick to get our own home on the market and sold quickly for the price we wanted. We are now in a beautiful home that we adore and she made it all happen!
