Oksana is so wonderful. She took away all of my anxiety with selling a home. As a first time seller, she would walk me through each of the steps and is very informative. Oksana did her research and during negotiations she was able to get me what I wanted. Most importantly, you can tell Oksana enjoys what she does and cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Oksana to any family or friends.

As a first time home buyer, I was very unfamiliar with the process, and unsure of what to expect. Oksana was extremely patient with explaining every step of the process to me, and helping me understand each aspect of home buying. Being new to Edmonton, Oksana was also instrumental in helping me choose a suitable neighbourhood for all of my needs. While searching for homes, she was very knowledgable of things to be aware of , and helped me make an informed decision about each property we viewed. Oksana was very flexible with my needs, as she would often adjust her own schedule in order to accommodate mine. When closing on the home that I purchased, Oksana was in constant communication with me, and was instrumental in negotiating a very reasonable deal. I had a great experience working with Oksana, and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new home.
