Well, as far as we are concerned, we had the luxury of having the best realtor on our side to assist us in our new home purchase. We found Norm Grodecki online when searching with a 5* rating. Let me assure you, we were NOT disappointed! Norm is not only a kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual, polite individual, he truly loves his work and this is evident always. Norm is not your average realtor and goes that extra mile in every possible way. We are so grateful for all he's done for us in making our transition a smooth one. We all know that purchasing/selling a home can be very stressful and to have someone on your side that understands and you can call day/night really just puts ones mind at ease.
