Our experience with the team of Nolan and Dean Banasco was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the real estate trends for our type of home was extensive and was right on the money. Nolan, in particular ular was always available when we had a question or just needed some reassurance because it has been 37 years since we had entered the real estate market and a great deal had changed. He walked us through preparing our house for sale and deciding how much to list it for and it was very accurate. He was always friendly but very professional.
