Nishan and his entire team are a dream. They have been very quick, responsive, and patient. They immediately searched for properties based on our budget and need and applied no pressure. Very friendly and made the whole process easy, enjoyable, and educational - I learned a lot from their experience and considered options I didn't even think about.

Nishan was truly exceptional. I met him through a friend. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. Nishan and his team was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later.The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he is purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind. He will work with you to make your desires a reality. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Nishan 😊😊

When i first came across his slogan “real estate saviour” I felt it was an exaggeration until I had a first hand experience with him and His wonderful team. Our journey was a tough one intertwined with some painful bidding losses but through it all Nishan never gave up and encouraged us even when we personally had given up at some point.
