We met Nish through a friend and as a newcomer to Canada, we were really stressful to get a house for rent as most of the landlords rejected us due to newness with no records in Canada and we were not having a fixed source of income. In the amidst of the search I found a Job from Cambridge and Nish was super helpful to find the best house with the tight schedule we had before the Job start date. Nish went beyond his duties and was kind enough to provide transportation to search for a house as we did not own a vehicle at that time. Finally, he managed to find a newly built house that was just 2 KM from my office, and he handled the process very smoothly and managed to secure the house for us among many interested buyers. Last but not the least he always kept in touch with us to make sure we are settled and always provided guidance to settle in Canada. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to get a house as a newcomer in Canada.
