Nina is truly the best realtor you could ever ask for. Nina pays attention to all and any details, advocates and negotiates on her clients behalf and can get deals that we thought are not even possible. Nina is a pro in her field, super knowledgeable and passionate, always up to date with current market and listings, she is the first to update her clients and book showings and will be with you every step of the way for as long as needed to find the perfect place. She was available to us at all times, weekends evenings, holidays... It seemed there is nothing she couldn't do. We found a house of our dreams, actually better, the one we were even afraid to dream of, in the price range we could afford, all thanks to Nina's expertise and dedication. Nina also helped us with finding mortgage broker, lawyer and everything needed to buy our house. Moreover, Nina is so pleasant and outgoing, we can't be grateful enough for Nina's expertise and attention and treating us like family !!!!!
