Nic came to us early in our search for our new home. He listened carefully and showed us the listings we were interested in, always advising us on the pros and cons of each particular areas. During the process of purchasing our new home, he advised us and helped us or advised on the best possible resources to help achieve our goal of new purchase, with the best possible outcomes in our favour. At the time of selling our house, Nic showed patience and succeeded in obtaining the best possible price, while keeping both parties interested in the best possible outcome.

We recently engaged with Nik Jankovic in the pursuit of finding a rental property. Nik was thorough in his finding out our needs and was able to guide us through a sellers market. I started speaking with Nik around 2 and a half years ago, based on how life was progressing I figured it was a good time to try and start working on finding a place based on my fiancé and my needs and what are budget looked like, we weren’t in any rush to find a place as first time home buyers both her and I were still in a very advantageous position knowing we had plenty of time to hunt. I paid attention to the market along with how houses were selling across different areas of Edmonton. For what felt like ages searching, we finally found a few solid places in our ever adjusting plans. To which we ended up settling on one in mid September. I want to say thank you to Nik, for being an absolutely genuine guy and someone who is truly looking out for you and your best interests. Remaining honest and truthful about his thoughts on a place as well as pointing out potential work the house would need from a quick visual to pointing out the excellent finds in a place that might not stand out to you at first glance. He listened to us and what we were looking for. And did a fantastic job being on our side the whole way through, his help was invaluable with negotiating and closing a deal on what is now our home.
