Nigel is a very good realtor. Honest, knowledgeable, works hard, and gives good advice. He was my agent for the purchase of 2 investment properties and he gave great feedback and was patient as I learned the process and the pitfalls. He was careful to make sure I did not choose a bad property and prioritized finding a good investment over a quick sale. Highly recommend!

He is very knowledgeable and gave me confidence and  great tips on preparing the house for Listing. His Excellent marketing skills were key in getting more than one offer within 4 days of listing.
