I purchased a home through Nigel Yip of the Mogul Realty group back in July 2023. I was looking for an investor focused realtor and i was not dissapointed. Nigel is very accommodating and knowledgeable in the edmonton area. Where the good and bad areas are, what to look for in a house as well. He is easy to communicate with and he even drop off keys for me to my property manager after the deal was closed. He goes above and beyond and i would highly recommend him.
